1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aura (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aura. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

3. Account Registration

To use Aura, you must create an account using a valid phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary. You may not create multiple accounts or transfer your account to another person.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Aura, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Post content that is abusive, threatening, obscene, or discriminatory
• Harass, bully, stalk, or intimidate other users
• Solicit money or other financial benefits from other users
• Share spam, advertisements, or unsolicited promotional content
• Attempt to circumvent any content moderation or security measures
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service
• Collect or harvest other users' personal information
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Aura, including prompt responses, messages, photos, and profile information ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Aura a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and improving the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that it does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Content Moderation

Aura uses automated systems and human review to moderate content and enforce community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our guidelines, and to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited behavior, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Aura offers optional paid subscriptions ("Aura+") with additional features. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and features are described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable app store's or payment processor's refund policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Aura and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent. The Aura name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Aura.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Aura does not conduct background checks on users and is not responsible for the behavior of any user. You use the Service at your own risk and are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
